Night shift responsibilities include all of the same responsibilities as a Day shift staff member.
In addition to the responsibilities of maintaining the home, you must also ensure appropriate supervision at night and assist the residents with getting dressed in the morning.
In some cases, the night shift must also transport the residents to their day program or work locations.
