Residential Staff
Support adults and children with developmental disabilities by promoting independent living skills and appropriate behavior skills in a group home setting. Duties may include assisting with personal care, preparing meals, participating in community activities, distributing medication, and teaching appropriate behavior skills. Group home shifts cover afternoons, evenings, weekends, and/or overnights. The hours of each shift are approved by the state of Arizona and cannot be altered to meet the needs of employees or applicants. Previous experience is a plus, but training is available. Applicants must be at least 18 yrs old, have a High School Diploma or GED and no criminal history.
