Health Insurance
The Tungland Corporation pays the majority of the single policy rate.. Employee pays the difference between single plan and family rate.
Eligibility: Completion of probationary period.

Dental Insurance
Offered to all employees through a Payroll Deduction Plan.
Eligibility: After 30 days.

Vacation
Full Time Employees: Accrue 40 hours paid time after first anniversary date.
Accrue 80 hours paid time after second anniversary date.
Part Time Employees: Prorated based on hours allocated in specific position.

Holiday
6 paid holidays, plus 2 additional floating holidays per year.

Sick Leave
Accrues at 4 hours per month.

Tuition Reimbursement
Up to 6 college credits per semester.
