In-Home Supports (H.A.H. Program)

H.A.H. is a community based and in-home support service, with funding from DES/DDD to provide one-to-one services to individuals with developmental disabilities from infancy and up.

The H.A.H. provider assists the individual with personal living skills, self-help skills, and community integration while working closely with the consumer and his or her family, in the family home.

We also provide in-home support for the elderly. This service affords individuals opportunities for growth and development in the least restrictive setting, fostering opportunity for a better quality of life.
