The Tungland Corporation S.T.A.R. Services

Designed to provide a family setting through the recruitment of individuals interested in opening their own homes to children and adults with developmental disabilities.

S.T.A.R. Providers provide support, habilitation, modeling, and training to assist an individual in becoming more self-sufficient and integrated into the family and community. The willingness to provide a family atmosphere while sharing your love, time, and home to someone with a disability can qualify you as a potential S.T.A.R. Provider.

Requirements:

Adult Protective/Child Protective Services Checks
Fingerprints for all adults
Health and Safety Inspection of your home
Inservice Training (16 to 20 hours)
Physician's Statements for all adults
Social History Interviews

Any additional requirements based upon licensing regulations

Compensation
$2,250.00 to $2,450.00 monthly
